Payment Terms
Corporate and government clients: Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Individual clients: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon project completion.
What You’ll Receive from Us
Typically, you’ll receive two versions of your document: one with visible changes and comments, and another clean copy with edits already incorporated. We encourage you to review the changes and use the compare function in Microsoft Word for clarity.
File Formats We Accept
We specialise in editing Microsoft Word documents. If you have an older PDF that’s challenging to convert, let us know, and we’ll assist you. Additionally, we offer editing services for PowerPoint presentations.
