How does the editing process work?
Upon receiving your document, it is assigned to a qualified editor who reviews and edits it according to the selected service.
What types of documents do you edit?
We specialise in editing Microsoft Word formats exclusively. However, if you have an older PDF document that has been scanned multiple times and cannot be converted to Word by Adobe, we can assist you with that!
Additionally, if you require editing for PowerPoint presentations, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
What is the turnaround time for editing services?
Clients have the flexibility to nominate their preferred return date. We strive to accommodate most deadlines efficiently. For clients located in the Brisbane region who have a substantial amount of documentation requiring our services, we offer the option of providing an encrypted hard drive. This allows for the secure collection of comments by our appointed editor in person. Individual arrangements for document collection can also be made on a per-company basis to accommodate your specific needs.

To maintain confidentiality and efficiency, all communication is facilitated through our project management team. However, you can relay messages or specific requests to your editor through them.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (By EFT). For corporate and government clients, our standard payment terms are within 14 days of invoice issuance. Individual clients are required to make a 50% deposit before commencement of any project, with the balance due upon project completion.
